How does the OBS integration work?

ClipSpark App monitors your OBS replay buffer folder:

  1. Epic moment happens during stream
  2. You press OBS replay buffer hotkey
  3. OBS saves replay to your folder
  4. ClipSpark detects new file instantly
  5. File uploads automatically to ClipSpark.de
  6. Processing starts (overlays + captions)
  7. Processed clip appears in dashboard

Files not uploading automatically?

Checklist:

  • Replay Buffer Path: Must exactly match OBS recording folder
  • API Key: Copy from dashboard without extra spaces
  • Monitoring: Must be enabled in settings
  • Permissions: ClipSpark needs read access to OBS folder
  • Internet: Stable connection required for upload

What video formats are supported?

What's the maximum file size?

500MB maximum per video. For best results with 30-second clips, use OBS settings: 1080p60, 6000 kbps bitrate.

Where do I find my API key?

  2. Find "Desktop App API Key" section
  3. Click "Reveal" to show your key
  4. Copy and paste into ClipSpark App settings

Can I upload videos manually?

Yes! You can upload videos directly via the web dashboard. Great for Linux users or if you want to upload clips from outside OBS.

Does ClipSpark integrate with TikTok?

Yes! You can connect your TikTok account and upload processed clips directly to your TikTok drafts. Configure this in your dashboard.
